Develop a strategy that combines information from short reads (~30bp) and paired-end reads to determine the phasing of SNPs.

Project Description

What kind of reads are most useful for phasing? Given cost information for different kinds of reads, what sets of data are most efficient for phasing? How does the uncertainty of phasing depend on the types of reads provided?
