Goals
Create an interface for other programming languages to use Genlib through the use of Swig and Python

Description
Genlib is a genetics library currently under construction in C. It would be useful to have access to this library through other languages.

What I did this week: Selected topic, created Wiki, Contacted phd student associated with GenLib project
What I plan to do next week: Learn about Swig and Python interface creation with Pyrex; meet with Sean
